The work generally consists of interior demolition of walls, ceilings, slabs, stairs, elevator, roofing and utility infrastructure. The project installs seismic strengthening and rebuilds interior spaces including new walls, slabs, ceilings, utility infrastructure and elevator in addition to exterior improvements such as roofing, possible photovoltaic and adjacent and remote site improvements.
