Improvements to the existing John L. Carter Memorial Park include a renovated Main Street Plaza, new outdoor amphitheater and performance platform new support building, and a new restroom/concession building with a roof garden and deck.

Site improvements also include upgrades to the public walkway with enhanced lighting, a new accessible pathway, new lawn, picnic and play areas and solidarity path.
