This project is to install a new free-standing restroom building adjacent to the existing 45th Avenue Boat Playground located in Golden Gate Park.
The project will include the new restroom structure, Landscaping, irrigation and pathway improvements as required to comply with ADA and other related codes and regulations. The proposed restroom building will be identical to other recently completed restroom such as the Carl Larsen Playground and Rossi Playground. The building has two multi-stall Men and Women Restrooms. A single-accommodation - All-Gender Restroom, and a plumbing chase, all in compliance with ADA Regulations.
